Getting There
Kamchia Nature Resort
Kamchia is approximately 25 km south of Varna city. Our recommended options are
• Flying to Varna
• Flying to Sofia + bus/train to Varna (it’ll be long ride but adventures one!)
• We will have organized Shared drive from Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Ruse with the Bulgarians. We’ll do our best everybody to get to the camp

Frequently Asked Questions
What dance styles will be taught?
The camp focuses on Lindy Hop, with additional tracks in Solo Jazz, Blues and Balboa. All workshops are suitable for beginner to advanced dancers.
How do I get to Kamchia?
Kamchia is approximately 25 km south of Varna city.
• Flying to Varna
• Flying to Sofia and bus/train to Varna
• Shared drive with some of the Bulgarian participants from Sofia or Varna
From Varna we can organize shuttle service. Details and booking will be shared with registered participants.
What is included in the price?
The price covers:
- Accommodation (2 or 3 nights)
- Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) – Arrival day includes only dinner, Departure day includes only breakfast
- All dance workshops, and all social dance parties
- Beach activities
- Live music
Can I come without a partner?
Absolutely! Solo registration is welcome. We encourage a good balance of leaders and followers and will do our best to facilitate partnering during workshops.
How and when should I pay?
You could pay by one of the following options:
- Card Payment at the end of the registration process
- Bank Transfer – you’ll receive the required information in your confirmation mail
- Cash – At the reception desk of Dance Station. Possible only for Bulgarian participants
All registrants are required to make the payment counting 7 days from the date they receive the confirmation email.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your registration for Summer Swing Dance Camp, then:
- Within 10 days of the payment (except in the situation in point 3) – the total amount will be reimbursed after deducting the necessary bank fees and 20 euro registration processing fee.
- After 10 days of the payment until 15 Aug 2026 – 70% of the sum will be reimbursed, after deducting the necessary bank fees and 20 euro registration processing fee.
- If this occurs later than 2 weeks before the event – we will be making no reimbursements.
- In case that the registrant proves that the cancellation is due to a force majeure situation (e.g. government has placed limits on public transport), the registrant will be reimbursed with the total amount after deducting the necessary bank fees and 20 euro registration processing fee.
What should I pack?
Dance shoes, comfortable clothing for workshops, swimwear for the beach, suncream and your good vibes.
