I. Every participant in the courses and events organised by Lindy Hop Bulgaria must agree to our Code of Conduct.

II. Every participant must register individually for classes, workshops, or events.

III. Filling in the registration form on the https://lindyhop.bg/ website does not guarantee a place in a class, course, or workshop. After a successful submission, each participant should receive a „Registration Confirmation“ email. If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail, please report it as soon as possible to info@lindyhop.bg.

IV. The price for a class, course, workshop, or event depends on the location and/or the conditions of the specific event. The price shall be paid prior to the start of the event. Places are limited. 

V. The registrant is required to make the payment in time, otherwise their registration may be cancelled. Please be advised that any transaction costs are to be paid by the participants.

VI. Transferring a registration to another person, or pausing/transferring a class package, is possible only with the organizer’s knowledge and agreement. Please contact us in advance for further information.

VII. During most of our dance classes, participants change partners all the time, unless specified otherwise by the teacher/s.

VIII. Lindy Hop Bulgaria does not take responsibility for accidents or losses, thefts or harm that occur to participants at our events for whatever reason, unless such harm comes from the fault of the organizers themselves.

IX. Lindy Hop Bulgaria does not take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of instructors) and their consequences, though we will make reasonable efforts to arrange substitute instructors or reschedule affected sessions where possible.

X. Lindy Hop Bulgaria reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the class schedule, instructors, or venue, before and during a course, workshop, or event.

XI. Lindy Hop Bulgaria will take all reasonable measures to create as safe an environment as possible but does not take responsibility if someone becomes ill or infected as a result of attending classes or events.

XII. If a class, course, or event is cancelled by us (the organizers), participants will have the option to transfer their payment to another class/course/event or to receive a refund of the amount paid, after deducting any necessary bank fees.

XIII. By registering, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, the Privacy Policy, and any further instructions given by Lindy Hop Bulgaria and its instructors or staff.
